FAQ's

What is the normal turn around time for a vest order? Because we are a made to order company(WE MAKE EVERY VEST/ARMBAND IN HOUSE) and the high volume of orders, please allow at least 2 weeks for your order to be processed, completed and shipped(SHIP TIME VARIES BY LOCATION).
What kind of leather do you use for your vests? We use synthetic vinyl leather for all our vests, which makes the vest lighter and more breathable during the warmer months. And yes, vinyl leather is just as durable as cowhide, sheepskin or any other leather made.
What colors do you have available? We have over 30 colors available, however we only keep a limited supply on hand.
Do you offer discounts? We ocassionally have promotional sales on certain products however we do offer wholesale lots (25 or more vests per order) to "QUALIFIED WHOLESALERS" only!
Do you give refunds/exchanges? We are a made to order company, ALL SALES ARE FINAL(RETAIL/WHOLESALE)!
What are your vest prices? Vest prices vary by style and size
What are your armband prices? Plain armbands (no logo) are $10 each. All armband prices vary by design, we would need a copy of your logo/design sent to us in JPEG FORMAT in order to give you a quote for all armband prices. There is a one time set up fee for all new embroidery clients who place an order with us!
